In the event of a broadband fault, what happens? Normally, BT OpenReach will visit your site, but only once you have agreed to pay for a site visit. Your business communications are then on pause while the issue is resolved, perhaps involving extra charges.
With NT Broadband Protect, this site visit fee is covered. We cover the cost up to £250 per annum, allowing us to send our own engineer to the site without delay, and without the fear of unexpected charges caused by delayed action.
Ultimately, NT Broadband Protect is about delivering consistent, trustworthy service and allowing you to provide continuing professional standards to your customers.
Introducing Lease Line Protect
Lease Line Protect provides support for Lease Lines, including internal infrastructure diagnostics and health checks, as well as dedicated engineering resource and guaranteed SLAs – whether the product is provided by us or not.
As with Broadband Protect, we cover the cost up to £250 per annum, allowing us to send our own engineer to the site without delay. Out of hours 24/7/365 trouble shooting support by our inhouse staff working along with your IT team, helps to reduce the risk of interruptions cause by combined network/telephony issues. Keeping your business running is always our priority!
