In the event of a Broadband fault that cannot be resolved through normal routes of router replacement, line checks etc, BT OR will only visit site once the customer has agreed to pay a site fee.
With NT Broadband Protect, this site visit fee is covered, plus we will despatch one of our own engineers. We will cover the cost up to the value of £250.00 per annum – allowing us to request the attendance of an engineer without delay or the fear of unexpected charges ensuring no time is lost.
