Details of upcoming price change
As outlined in our terms and conditions, we perform an annual review of our service pricing to ensure that we can cover rising costs from Openreach and other third-party suppliers, while remaining competitive.
We will be implementing the pricing adjustment across our Data, Broadband and Voice services. This will be applied to our charges excluding VAT. A list of the price increases, by service type, can be found in the table included.
What do I need to do now?
No action is required on your part. These changes will be automatically applied on 1st April 2025. However, if you wish to discuss or review your services, our team is ready to assist you. You can reach us on 01623 687750 or customercare@ntvd.co.uk (9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday).
