In today’s world, cybercrime is more of a threat than ever before. Are you wondering how to protect your business from cyber-attacks?
The incredible NT Voice & Data team did it!
The team completed 1,675 miles over 35 consecutive days and managed to raise a total exceeding £1000 for Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Association. This has contributed to our yearly fundraising target of £3,500!
The challenge started from March 1st and included the team at NT V&D completing a combination of running and walking across their local areas. The team logged 1,675 miles through apps such as Strava and My Virtual Mission. By the end of the 35-day period, the team had walked and ran the equivalent of travelling from Lands’ End to John O’Groats and back again.
Mark Beardsley, Sales Director, says, ‘This has been a fantastic team effort, and the team went above and beyond. It has been a great motivator for daily exercise and helped with mental wellbeing while staff continue to work from home throughout the pandemic’.
After the mission was complete, the team had an online awards ceremony, using the Wildix video conferencing system. Staff members were awarded prizes for their brilliant efforts, which included the most miles completed and most fundraised.
Motor Neurone Disease is a life-limiting illness and MNDA help by funding and promoting research. They also aim to improve care and support for people with MND, their families and carers.
