AI Improvements

AI has transformed business communications with chatbots with the human element, real-time reporting insights and enhanced language translation. Wildix released an update to their AI offering: AI Boost allows users to access automated summaries and transcripts of meetings, while AI Assistance supports staff with virtual assistants to find information and respond to customer questions.

As this technology develops, we can expect to see more and more occurrences of AI co-workers, and while AI probably isn’t going to take over the world any time soon, it may well help it turn a little smoother! Read more HERE.
