NT Were Proud to Support Rexel for Best Technology Refresh
NT Voice & Data had the privilege of being part of the UK IT Industry Awards which were held on Wednesday 9th November 2022. The UK IT Industry Awards celebrate teams, projects, technologies, and individuals who continue to help shape the future of IT. They are the largest and most well-known event in our industry of technology. There were 32 categories celebrating the areas of Personal, Technology, Organisational and Project excellence.
We had a great night talking with some of the sectors most inspirational companies and personal excellence nominees. Hosted by Joel Dommett, it was an evening of good food and entertainment.
We want to say huge congratulations to all the winners and nominees across the wide variety of categories!
NT Voice & Data were at the awards to support Rexel UK, who we helped undergo a major overhaul of their communications systems. They were nominated for Best Technology Refresh Project. Their project involved a migration of 2600 users across 294 locations from a mixed estate of existing telephony and contact centre systems to a single UCaaS solution provided by Wildix. This transformation of their digital systems, level of innovation, ROI and quality of management is what qualified them to be a nominee for the award.
Sadly, the project remained a runner up, but it was an honour to make it to the nominations.
We are immensely proud to have been involved in this digital refresh plus the opportunity to share in this special occasion to celebrate success. The client has seen some huge benefits in efficiency and improved customer experience.
