Successful Deployment of VoIP Phone Solution for Rexel UK

Celebrating success! NT help Rexel boost productivity by deploying Wildix

Last week, NT Voice & Data Solutions celebrated the success of the Rexel VoIP project, which involved our Service Team successfully Project Managing and installing the Wildix phone system across 290 Rexel & Denmans UK sites. Along with this, our Customer Care team were on hand every step of the way. Because of this, both teams were awarded for their hard work & dedication throughout the Rexel 2021 VoIP project. 

Rexel UK is a leading wholesale electrical distributor, connecting electricians, contractors and industrial organisations with innovative products, services & solutions. With this in mind, we made sure the project went ahead seamlessly. Most importantly, Rexel UK have been an existing customer for some time, and therefore we made sure we were going to continue to provide brilliant service to them.

An easy-to-use & cost-effective phone solution

The succesful deployment of the Voice over IP (VoIP) Wildix solution will now guarantee a boost in productivity across all Rexel & Denmans UK offices. This is due to the phone system’s reliability & flexibility, along with easy-to-use collaboration tools. Also, this cost-effective business phone gives employees the opportunity to work remotely with ease. This will help secure Rexel & Denmans business continuity in case another pandemic were to arise, similar to Covid-19, where employees were advised to work from home. Furthermore, Rexel are now prepared for the 2025 BT switch off, as they have made sure to future-proof their business by choosing Wildix – a phone system that doesn’t rely on the soon-to-be obsolete copper phone line.

Overall, this project has been a fantastic achievement, and the NT team went above and beyond. We felt it was important to celebrate this hard work and success by hosting an awards afternoon which was also accompanied by Rexel. On the whole, we look forward to continuing our strong professional relationship.
