Superfast Broadband with Faster Britain

2024 started off with news of a new initiative to bring superfast broadband speeds to homes and businesses around the country. NT joined forces with Faster Britain to improve the broadband connectivity of businesses to Full Fibre.

NT Teams Up For The Big Goal

By mid spring, the team at NT were all ready to take part in their football fixtures for the Street Soccer Foundation. This amazing charity works to bring the power of football into communities nationwide by inspiring and encouraging vulnerable and disadvantaged children and young people to turn their lives around for the better.

NT Teams Up For The Big Goal

Cyber security was back in the headlines by July, with the worldwide effects of CrowdStrike outages. Faulty system updates were released – and caused millions of systems to crash, cancelling flights, faulty payments, and the loss of billions of dollars.

Cyber security is a topic that we like to keep ahead of, and so we’ve teamed up with SafeWEB, software which continuously scans the dark web for your company data such as passwords, emails or credit card details. Notifications of any breaches and monthly reports to help you stay in control, meaning you can concentrate on your business operations.

It feels like we’ve been talking about the BT Switch Off for years! Various factors have delayed the switch, from the infrastructure not really being ready, to making sure there is enough time to get all users ready to make the switch.
